Local Pick Up

Monday- Friday 9am-4pm

Saturday 9am-12pm

Delivery within Australia

Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of purchase (48hrs during the peak Christmas Period)

That's 2 Cute uses Australia Post and Star Track Express. We also use Fastway Couriers for local deliveries

Flat rate of $9.95 - Australia wide.

To save the environment, we use recycled packing boxes (GIfts are sent in new packaging)

International Delivery

Postage charges are calculated based on the weight of your items and will be shown on checkout

Currency Exchange Rates for International Customers

All our prices are in $AUD. Your credit card issuer determines the actual price charged in your local currency and any applicable conversion fees from your currency into $AUD.

Delays

Although rare, from time to time there might be an unexpected or unavoidable delay experienced. Should this occur, you will be notified immediately.

Your phone number is only to contact you in regards to your order if there is an issue. We will never use it for advertising purposes. If you choose not to leave you number please make sure you check your Email and Junk mail in case there is an issue with your order.

Layby

Layby is an option Please contact us if you would like to set this up for your order. First deposit is 20% of purchase price not including shipping costs. Please make regular fortnightly payments and full payment needs to be made within 12 weeks of the date of the order being placed.

All unpaid laybys will forfeit the 20% deposit all other payments will be refunded.

Where a payment is made by direct deposit, goods will not be dispatched until the money has been credited into our bank account.

Gifts

That's 2 Cute can wrap and dispatch gifts directly to your recipient on your behalf. Please ensure that the recipient’s address is noted in your order. We will leave out the invoice and email it to you.

All gifts that we wrap are sent, with extra care in a nice new packaging box. If you would like a personalised message please leave details in the comments box provided on checkout.

Refund and Returns

Your satisfaction is our first priority at That's 2 Cute. Every item is inspected prior to shipment for quality and faults to ensure that you always get the great gear you've purchased. In the rare event that a fault escapes our attention please contact us and we'll negotiate a resolution with you. We want you to be totally happy with any purchase you make at 'That's 2 Cute'. We will accept returns for refund or exchange within 14 days.

Goods must be unused, labels attached and in their original condition. If you change your mind on an item return postage is at the expense of the purchaser. If on the rare occasion an item is faulty we will cover all return postage costs. Delivery and return postage costs are not refundable unless the item is damaged or faulty.
